A new program has come out in September 2009 allowing people to refinance their home even if they are underwater of up to 25% of their home's appraised value. There are certain restrictions to follow - you can click here to find out more info on the program.
We have done quite a few loans - they are initially challenging to make sure your mortgage is eligible for the program but once we have cleared those rules the savings can be considerable.
