Rates have yet again hit the lowest Rate levels of the year. As new gets better for an lower rate environment, Banks seems unwilling to go much lower on interest rates. I would run to AmeriBest today & start the process to buy or refinance your home. I personally think we are seeing about the lowest rates that we are going to see. This is the third time rates have hit this level. The other two times they got this low but then moved much higher taking a few months to reach this level again.
